A headlight and window cranks from Chicago PCC streetcars. The headlight still has dark green paint on it, presumably original paint from the color scheme that CTA adopted around 1952. The "272" metal disc is a run number, which was placed on a hook on the front of a PCC. There could have been several reasons for not putting a car out from the car barn (or, as they were called, "stations"), so this "Hold In" tag would identify those cars.
