Chicago City Railway mail car #6, built in 1891, operated as a mobile post office until 1915. Here, it is on display at Ford City shopping center in 1967, as part of the CTA Historical Collection. It is now at the Fox River Trolley Museum. It’s not certain if it was always #6, or if it was renumbered at some point.
